Classmate post:The one thing I can think about in my daily tasks being innovated is my time management. Using a digital calendar like Outlook has helped me manage my time even on the go. I am doing far better with completing my daily tasks on time. I have used this calendar to block my school assignments, Dr. appointments, household chores, errands, and personal time down to the minutes. I usually would be a mess and unorganized trying to shuffle around my day fitting things into my schedule and trying to remember what needed to be done and what time it needed to be done. But now I plan everything by the urgency and time it takes to accomplish things. Not only am I better organized but I am a mobile calendar. I can see what I have scheduled from anywhere on my phone at any time. It gives me more freedom to access my daily tasks at a glance on demand. It has also given me a reminder option to not forget things. This innovation has not only had a great impact on my time but a healthy one on my stress level as well. Without the option of having this digital calendar, my life would still be in an unorganized fashion. Outlook is more than just a calendar for me. It keeps all my information like contacts, e-mails, and to-do lists in one place and is very organized. It is a very resourceful and useful app for everyday life activities. It is very easy to access and like I mentioned you can use it on the go. It has benefitted me more than a paper scheduler or any level of functioning in my daily accomplishments.  

Week 10-Your agility skill is an essential part of being successful in our ever-changing world. Employers are looking for job candidates who are able to adapt to evolving technologies and practices and are willing to embrace those changes. Imagine you have just learned a new and more effective way to complete a task at home or work. Now, you must teach this technique to a friend or coworker, but that person is resistant to learning a new way of doing things. 

Explain the situation and why this person is resistant to change.

Explain how you would convince them to practice agility and embrace this new, more effective method.
