Your task this week is to build on the outline you completed in Week 11. Propose two distinct studies: one that will use a qualitative method and one that will use a quantitative method.
For the quantitative study, be sure to address the following:
Include a brief explanation of the hypothetical study.
Include the research question you plan to answer.
Include a description of the participants and explain how you would recruit them.
Identify the independent and dependent variables.
Comment on issues related to reliability and validity for this study, citing specific types of reliability and/or validity issues and how they might be addressed.
Comment on the potential ethical issues for this study.
Explain the analysis you plan to use to assess the study.
For the qualitative study, be sure to address the following:

Comment on issues related to trustworthiness, credibility, and transferability for this studys issues and how they might be addressed.

Support your assignment with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
Length: no more than ten pages (maximum of 5 pages per study), not including title and reference pages. You will not be marked down for writing less, but please meet the maximum page limit. If you only use four pages to explain one study, the limit for the second study is still five pages.
Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
