In this second assignment, you will continue working on your organizational change plan using the same program you selected in the first assignment. (The selected program is the implementation of a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work remotely part-time)You will analyze the role of leadership in the change process as you identify the specific actions expected of leaders during program implementation. To ensure the implementation of the new program is successful, you will also determine how to engage and motivate employees throughout the process and establish a plan for gathering employee feedback.InstructionsFor this assignment, you will use the same program you selected in Assignment 1 to create the second part of your organizational change plan, which includes the following sections:Leadership:Describe at least 3 specific actions and/or behaviors expected from leaders during the change process.
