As Students embark on their journey to complete the DBA, It is crucial to understand the ethical responsibilities they should embody as a researcher. Every researcher has an ethical duty to protect participants while striving to complete a research project. Students must install Grammarly on their computer and Microsoft Word and submit their Grammarly report for each task deliverable. Students must submit their work in the APA 7th edition format template that has been provided.  
1.    Identify a problem you want to solve at an individual organization.
a.    Task 1 Students will identify a problem on a topic of interest relating to a single business or organization. The topic should have a meaningful, relevant, and researchable aspect. How does the student know it is a problem? ( 2-3 pages)  
b.    Task 2 Students must include supporting information to assist in explaining the problem ( 3) Core References from the literature, 3 Seminal References from the literature review. Use these to explain and support why this is a problem and why it is a problem worth solving.  (2-3 pages)
c.    Task 3 The final paper should be a brief description of the industry, the business/organization that students identified, the actual problem, and after reviewing the project types available, what project the student wants to utilize for solving this problem. Why does the student think this project will work best with this problem and the business/ organization? (7-10 pages)
In addition to having these three sections, your paper must meet the below formatting criteria:
2400-3000 words (8-10 pages)in total, excluding the cover page and references. 
APA 7th style formatted, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt. 
At least 10 peer-reviewed sources (You may use online sources, but they are not peer-reviewed)
