 Advertisers around the world use VALS to understand consumer attitudes. Please visit the VALS website and take the VALS assessment (http://www.strategicbusinessinsights.com/vals/presurvey.shtml). Then please pick two other people to take the assessment- one person who you think is very similar to you and one you think is very different from you. In this thread, tell me what your results were: What type were you? Do you think this sounds like you? Were you surprised by your results? Why? What were the types of the two other individuals? Did the similar person match your type? Did the dissimilar person not? Were you surprised? Why do you think they matched/did not match based on what VALS is trying to measure?
