Organizational Behavior Paper
You will be assessing your current employer or another organization which you are familiar (previous employer, church organization, non-profit, etc.) for this assignment. Your paper will include your assessment and opinion on two topic’s with some recommendations and specific actions for the organization to take from your point of view. You will be choosing which two concepts you want to focus on based upon the organizational situation and where you think changes are needed. The content for this paper should be based upon your observations and analysis.

2. Organizational Culture

3. Individual Attitudes and Behaviors

4. Communication

5. Managing Groups and Teams

Organizational Description

Describe the organization you are writing about, the two concepts you chose from the list above and why you chose those concepts to focus on for this paper.

Organizational Situation

Define what is happening in the organization related to your topics and define what changes you would recommend and why, if you were the leader of the organization.

Expected Outcomes of Changes

Discuss the outcomes and results that you would expect to see in the organization as a result of your recommended changes and include what obstacles or challenges there may be in driving the changes.

Specific Action Plan and Process Recommended

Define some specific actions that you would want to see the organization take related to your recommendations. These might include specific actions to implement your recommendations and/or process changes in the organization. Be specific and use actionable language. Use bullet points when appropriate to explain exactly what actions you need to take and then back those up with paragraphs regarding “how” you will execute your action plans.

NOTE: Review the rubric to see how the points will be allocated to each section of your paper. Make sure to allocate content accordingly.

· 12-point Arial type

· One-inch margins all the way around

· 1 1/2 or double line spacing

· Use of headers as presented in the assignment description

· You should not need any citations for this assignment.

· File should be: “Last Name_Organizational Behavior”

· Total paper should be 1850 – 2050 words

· Submit using a WORD document file
